You can easily whitelist any contacts to bypass the agent straight to you, or blacklist callers to not get through at all. We meet you where you're at, meaning if you want more control over your calls, we can give you a period to answer every call before our agents pick it up, or if you don't want to deal with any of it, we can even confirm jobs scheduled and send out text confirmations hands-free.
