Do I have to change my business phone number?

No not at all! We know how important your number is to your business! It's everything when you've only built a customer base on your contacts list. So we've made sure you can use your own business number with our service. Hassle-free

What if I'm waiting on a call-back from a client that didn't pick up?

One of our several tailoring options handles this situation perfectly for our clients! We can have any call coming in from contacts you've recently (within the hour, within the day, etc) called go straight to you, or we can even share all calls with you for a chosen moment before the agents pick up. Whatever you prefer, let us know in our setup call or select your preferences in your agent settings.

What if I don't have a separate number for business?

You can easily whitelist any contacts to bypass the agent straight to you, or blacklist callers to not get through at all. This enables you to keep those personal relationships even with the agent handling the business all from one number. Some clients also prefer to whitelist their favourite suppliers or clients, we tailor our service for your needs.

Can I specify areas serviced on each day?

Absolutely, we understand you can't be everywhere all the time, it's efficient to schedule certain suburbs on certain days. We've got that covered in our initial setup call in 30 minutes.

What if my phones are inconsistent?

We understand busy seasons and off seasons, and we don't want you wasting a cent in quiet months. We operate on a simple call minutes system to ensure your needs are met. Your monthly charge provides you a set amount of call minutes, if you have a quite month with minutes left over, these carry forward for your busy months! If you do run out of the minutes provided by your package you can purchase a top-up, or upgrade your package for even more minutes and support each month.

Can I screen calls to decide if I want to answer them?

Of course! We meet you where you're at, meaning if you want more control over your calls, we can give you a period to answer every call before our agents pick it up, or if you don't want to deal with any of it, we can even confirm jobs scheduled and send out text confirmations hands-free. No matter your preference, we'll make your agent work for your business.

How long is the set up?

We aim to make this process as easy as possible for you! Only a 30 minute setup call and we're good to go. We'll handle the rest!
